General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These conditions govern the sales of artistic creations and personalized accessories offered by Cat Art DESIGN by Asgardia.

Article 2 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They may be modified at any time but will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 - Order

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions. Confirmation of your order constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made at the time of order by credit card or other means offered on the website. The order will only be processed after effective receipt of payment.

Article 5 - Delivery

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Article 7 - Warranties

Our creations are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In case of a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
